Our Story

Founded in 2019 by a group of educators and finance professionals, emanijethr emerged from a shared observation: despite its importance, practical financial education remained largely absent from standard curricula. We saw young people entering adulthood without basic money management skills, and adults struggling with concepts that were never properly taught to them.

What began as weekend workshops in community centres has grown into a comprehensive educational programme serving families throughout Greater Manchester. Our mission remains unchanged: to make financial literacy accessible, engaging, and relevant for every age group.

Our Values

The principles that guide everything we do

Accessibility

Financial education should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford expensive advisers. We design our courses to be affordable and accessible to families from all backgrounds.

Practical Application

Theory without practice achieves little. Every concept we teach is paired with real-world exercises that participants can apply immediately in their own financial lives.

Family Involvement

Children learn best when parents are engaged. We encourage family participation and provide resources for continuing financial conversations at home.

Lifelong Learning

Financial landscapes evolve constantly. We equip learners with foundational skills and critical thinking abilities that remain relevant regardless of market changes.

Our Educational Philosophy

We recognise that each learner arrives with different experiences, concerns, and goals. A young child exploring the concept of earning pocket money has vastly different needs from a working adult trying to eliminate credit card debt or plan for retirement.

Our curricula are developed with input from educators, financial professionals, and importantly, from our learners themselves. We continuously refine our programmes based on feedback and emerging research in financial behaviour.

Rather than prescribing rigid rules, we focus on developing financial thinking skills. We want our graduates to understand not just what to do with their money, but why certain approaches tend to yield better outcomes over time.
